Steel-Pro, Inc. announced the promotions of two employee-owners, Dylan Morong and Thomas Kennedy, to Vice President positions. Dylan and Thomas have served the company as Project Manager and Director of Business Development respectively. As employee-owners, Dylan and Thomas have consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to the success and growth of Steel-Pro. These well-deserved promotions recognize their hard work, dedication, and leadership.

“This is a great day for Steel-Pro,” VP of Operations Craig Wells said of the promotions. In celebration, Steel-Pro hosted a special lunch catered by Oceanside Deli, followed by a ceremony to recognize Thomas and Dylan’s achievements. The event was attended by colleagues, family members, and friends, who joined together to applaud their accomplishments and wish them the best in their new roles.

Thomas Kennedy also spoke on his new role. “I am excited to continue to serve Steel-Pro and all our employee owners as I move into the Vice President role,” he said. “I am eager to continue my personal growth, and really harness the growth potential of Steel-Pro, as we start this next chapter together. Thank you to all who have guided me along the way during my time at Steel-Pro. Without the support of great mentors and family, it would not be possible for me to continue to challenge myself and others. I look forward to many more years of hard work and success.”
